Panasonic provides a wide variety of Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) for DTV, GPS, and WLAN/WiMax. LNAs for DTV can be used for ISDB-T, ISDB-Tmm, DVB-H and more. LNAs for WLAN/WiMAX can be used in 2.4GHz, 3.5GHz and 5GHz bands. 0.18µm SiGeC BiCMOS process provides low NF and low distortion characteristics.
