Tablet

A Tablet is a thin, flat mobile computer consisting of a touchscreen display, processing circuitry and a Rechargeable Battery. These devices often come equipped with Sensors, including Gyroscopes, Accelerometers, and Microphones, and have Wi-Fi capabilities built in. The touchscreen display depends on the recognition of a finger which replaces the use of a mouse or keyboard. The demand for these devices has increased because of their convenient features. For tablets, Panasonic provides various solutions suitable for communication, displays and external interfaces.

NFC

This is an LSI for contactless IC tags supporting Near Field Communication (NFC) technology.  Just approaching to IC tags, NFC devices- like smartphones- can communicate with them to read/write data.  Embedding this LSI in various equipments enables radio communication between them and NFC devices.
