PhotoMOS GU 1 Form A High Capacity

The PhotoMOS® GU 1 Form A high-capacity type comes in our DIP4-Pin package with the ability to handle continuous load currents of up to 1.1A. Along with its high current capacity, this device has an I/O isolation voltage of 5,000Vrms. Due to its small package size, it is suitable for downsizing and high-density mounting, especially when compared to mercury and mechanical relays. Typical applications for this PhotoMOS Relay include measuring equipment, and security and disaster-preventing systems.
