PhotoMOS RF SOP 1 Form A CxR

Panasonic’s AQY(S)22** Series PhotoMOS® RF SOP 1 Form A CxR Semiconductor Relays are characterized by high-performance and are adequate for small-footprint equipment. With RF SOP 1 Form A contact arrangement, these Semiconductor Relays are ideal for use in measuring and testing equipment such as IC, liquid crystal driver, semiconductor performance, bare board, in-circuit, function testers, and more.
