PhotoMOS RF SOP 1 Form A CxR10

Panasonic's PhotoMOS® RF SOP 1 Form A are characterized by their high performance and are adequate for small footprint equipment. This 40V device is also suitable for high switching speeds with a turn-on and-off time of Typ. 0.03ms. With RF SOP 1 Form A arrangement these Semiconductor relays are ideal for use in measuring equipment such as IC, ATE equipment, semiconductor performance boards, function testers, and more. These devices are equipped with low capacitance and On-Resistance coupled with its miniature SON package size for space savings and high-density mounting.
