Panasonic, a worldwide leader in Semiconductor products, introduces the ultra-small CSP Schottky Barrier Diodes DB2G43200L, DB2F43100L and DB2G60800L1 for Power Circuits. The New DB2G43200L, DB2F43100L and DB2G60800L1 have low forward voltage, fast recovery time, low junction capacitance and are capable of handling high forward current in an extremely small package for applications where PC board space is at a premium.
