Panasonic Corporation Transferring Discrete Semiconductor Business To ROHM

Panasonic Transferring Various Diodes And Small Signal Transistors To ROHM Effective November 1, 2019

 

Effective November 1, 2019 (subject to change) in an effort to focus growth on space recognition and Battery application technologies, Panasonic Corporation is transferring various Diodes and Small Signal Transistor businesses to ROHM Co., Ltd (ROHM).  

A total of 988 discreet Diode and Small Signal Transistor part numbers will migrate to ROHM, a leading Semiconductor company, as source of supply.  These products include:

Diodes:  Schottky, TVS, Zener, Switching and Fast Recovery Diodes

Small Signal Transistors:  Bipolar Transistors, Transistors With Built-In Resistors, Junction Field Effect Transistors

The business transfer from Panasonic to ROHM is expected to be completed by the end of October 2019, after Panasonic obtains the necessary approvals from the appropriate authorities.
