CMOS type Micro Laser Distance Sensor HG-C

Housed in a lightweight but strong die-cast aluminum case, the compact HG-C Series pairs a highly precise CMOS Image Sensor with a newly designed optical system to achieve a more compact form factor while maintaining highly accurate and precise measurements in the order of 1/100 mm (0.0003 In.).

Incredibly Stable and Accurate Measurements

Thanks to a precise and specially designed CMOS image sensor, the HG-C can provide reliable and accurate measurements with a repeatability as small as 10 μm.

Compact and Lightweight Form Factor

The HG-C incorporates a built-in mirror to reduce the physical depth of the sensor while maintaining high accuracy measurements. The solid, die-cast aluminum body provides excellent environmental resistances, IP67-rated protection, and reduces the impact of both strain and heat on the measurement accuracy.
