  • Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA)Panasonic provides wide variety of low noize amplifiers (LNA) for DTV, GPS and WLAN/WiMax. LNAs for DTV can be used for ISDB-T, ISDB-Tmm, DVB-H, etc. LNAs for WLAN/WiMAX can be used in 2.4GHz, 3.5GHz and 5GHz bands. 0.18µm SiGeC BiCMOS process provides low NF and low distortion characteristics. Built-in CMOS logic circuit provides gain mode switching (for DTV and WLAN/WiMAX), built-in shutdown mode (for GPS).
  • Power Amplifiers (PA)Recently, the radio circuit unit of mobile phones and smartphones increases their power consumption to support high-speed data communications (HSPA, LTE, etc.), therefore requiring lower-power components. Panasonic's power amplifiers for handset (PA) modules achieve low power consumption with the BiFET(*1) technology, reducing the power of radio circuit unit.
  • Power Amplifier for WLAN (PA)Panasonic's Power Amplifier for WLAN (PA) can be used in 2.4GHz band. 0.25µm SiGe BiCMOS process provides low power consumption and low distortion characteristics.
  • Distribution AmplifierDistribution Amplifiers for TV tuner. Panasonic provides high-functional, high-performance, small distribution amplifiers (head amp ICs) optimized for customers' applications.
