The PAN1720 Series RF Modules provide a complete Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy, cost effective solution. Modules in this Series include an embedded processor, antenna and Bluetooth Low Energy stack.

The PAN1720 Series is a true system-on-chip (SoC) for Bluetooth Low Energy applications. The PAN1720 Series is an ideal choice for applications where battery life is a critical application requirement, using only 500 nA in sleep mode. Short transition times between operating modes – 3uS Wake-Up – and power efficient hardware further reduce current consumption.

Applications and protocol stack form a very flexible and cost-effective single-mode Bluetooth Low Energy solution.

For IoT Applications Where Long Range Is Required

Panasonic’s newest high technology Bluetooth 5 Low Energy Module device featuring the Nordic nRF52820 Single-Chip Controller! With a Cortex® M4 processor, 32kB RAM, and the built-in 256 kB flash memory, the PAN1781 Series RF Module can easily be used in standalone mode to eliminate the need for an external processor, saving complexity, space, and cost. An output power of up to 8 dBm and the high sensitivity of the nRF52820 in combination with the LE coded PHY make the NEW PAN1781 Series RF Module very attractive in applications where a long range is required. The PAN1781 Series RF Module also supports Bluetooth Mesh, Thread and Zigbee Mesh Protocols.
