The Panasonic ECW-FJ Series Polypropylene Film Capacitors (For Automotive) are specifically designed for use in DC/DC and AC/DC converter circuits in xEV applications and in high-frequency, high-current environments.
They feature an operating temperature range of -40º to 110ºC, a rated voltage of 800V and 1100V, and a capacitance range of 1µF to 8µF.
This Series provides high safety with an integrated fuse function, excellent thermal shock resistance (−40°C to 85°C, 1000 cycles), and optimal humidity resistance (40°C, 95% RH, rated voltage, 1000 hours) at a highly competitive price.
The ECW-FJ Series is a cost-effective alternative to other Film Capacitor Series while maintaining compliance with AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliance standards.
