The ECW-FG Series Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitors are rated for 85/85 and tested up to 1000 hours! They are used for automotive applications featuring Panasonic's non-inductive, metallized polypropylene film construction with a flame retardant plastic case. The ECW-FG Series parts are highly recommended for DC/DC, AC/DC converter circuits in xEV, and high frequency, high current circuits. AEC-Q200 compliance ensures that these Film Capacitors are meeting the most stringent quality standards in the industry.

An AEC-Q200 Compliant Series

Panasonic components specified as AEC-Q200 Compliant are consistently designed into automotive systems.  However, today’s Design Engineers are specifying AEC-Q200 components to meet the high-quality standards of devices beyond automotive applications.

Parts that pass the AEC tests are qualified, high-quality components that can be used in critical environments.  Therefore, there should be no need to conduct other component level tests saving both time and expense.
