The EEH-ZK Series Hybrid SMD Capacitors has a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and a Ripple Current Rating (RCR) of 10000h at 105°C and 4000h at 125°C, which is the decisive factor for a lot of capacitance agnostic applications find dramatic improvement for long lifetimes. Endurance at 4000h at 125°C allows the possibility to augment the RCR up to 1.5 times. AEC-Q200 qualification ensures optimal quality and reliability. Panasonic Hybrid Capacitors, combining the advantages of Electrolytic Capacitors with those of solid Polymer Capacitors, have established themselves as reliant and across-the-board solutions in Automotive and Industrial applications alike. Hybrid technology offers low leakage current and long life in combination with low ESR in smaller case sizes.

An AEC-Q200 Compliant Series

Panasonic components specified as AEC-Q200 Compliant are consistently designed into automotive systems.  However, today’s Design Engineers are specifying AEC-Q200 components to meet the high-quality standards of devices beyond automotive applications.

For larger capacitance needs, Panasonic also manufactures EEH-ZK(U) Series Conductive Polymer Hybrid Aluminum SMD Electrolytic Capacitors Capacitors. The EEH-ZK(U) Series goes beyond using large space-consuming axial, THT, and SMD Capacitors to achieve low ESR requirements.
