Chip Varistor [Voltage/Signal lines]

Panasonic's EZJ-P Series Multilayer Varistors are available in wide variety when adopting a multilayer structure, which can meet various needs. They have excellent ESD suppression due to original advanced material technology. Having a large Electrostatic Resistance allows them to meet the IEC61000-4-2, Level 4 Standard. They have no polarity (bipolar) which is facilitated by replacing Zener Diodes, they are capable of replacing up to 2 Zener Diodes and 1 Capacitor. The EZJ-P Series offers Lead-free Plating Terminal Electrodes which enable great solderability. This Series offers Low Capacitance versions for DC Voltage Lines of High-Speed Busses and Ultra-low Capacitance for High-Speed Signal Lines. These Varistors are also RoHS Compliant.
