Panasonic's ETQ-PxMxxxYSx Series Surface Mount Power Choke Coils are Automotive Grade and withstand high vibration and are acceleration-resistant.

The ETQ-PxMxxxYSx Series vibration-resistant structure achieves a vibration acceleration-resistance of 50G or higher in 150°C environments. Panasonic’s Metal Composite Core Technology for these Power Choke Coils provides high vibration resistance under the severe conditions of automotive or other strenuous applications. The ETQ-PxMxxxYSx Series also provides excellent inductance stability over a broad temperature range.

Both ETQ-PxMxxxYSx Series parts are AEC-Q200 Compliant for automotive applications as well as other strenuous environments that ensure optimal quality and reliability.

Panasonic components specified as AEC-Q200 Compliant are consistently designed into automotive systems.  However, today’s Design Engineers are specifying AEC-Q200 components to meet the high-quality standards of devices beyond automotive applications.

Parts that pass the AEC tests are qualified, high-quality components that can be used in critical environments.  Therefore, there should be no need to conduct other component level tests saving both time and expense.
