Panasonic's LQ Series Non-Polarized Power Relays feature small size, high switching capacity, and a contact rating at 105°C with Class F coil insulation. Approved by UL/C-UL for Class, these new parts are ideal for use in home appliances and HVAC applications. Panasonic LQ Series Relays can be mounted in any orientation.
Capable of switching up to 10A, the LQ Series is available in six nominal coil voltages from 5V to 24V, and 1 form A or 1 form C contact arrangements. This Series also offers parts in Class B Coil Insulations, providing a sealed construction for added environmental protection. The LQ Series parts with Class B coil insulation can be used in ambient temperatures up to 85°C, and the LQ Series parts with Class F coil insulation can be used in ambient temperatures up to 105°C. High surge withstand voltage, and dielectric strength voltage capabilities make these Relays excellent for high voltage applications.
The LQ Series Relays have expanded to include high inrush for both 12V DC and 24V DC Coil types, as well as tube and carton packaging styles, providing a variety of options. These new Relays are also rated for 2000 VA 10W max switching power and offered in a class F insulation type, making them extremely competitive in today’s market.
This series now features pin-in-paste part numbers that combine reflow and wave soldering into a single streamlined process, effectively minimizing overall production costs compared with other Relays on the market today.
