EVQ-P4 Series (6.2mm x 2.5mm, Side Push, Edge Mount)

Panasonic's EVQ-P4 Series is a Side Push Edge Mount type switch with external dimensions of 6.2mm wide and 2.55mm deep (excluding the push plate) and sits 1.35mm above the PCB. This side-operational switch has middle travel of 0.7mm and a high operating force of 5.0 Newtons. Mounting this Tactile Switch at the edge of the PCB improves the peel-off and soldering strength of the switch by allowing the PCB to absorb the push force. The EVQ-P4 Series is used in most handheld gadgets, mobile phones, cameras, wearable devices where small size, edge mount, and thin switch profile are required.
