PhotoMOS GE 2 Form A

The GE 2 Form A Series PhotoMOS® Relays apply to 2 Form A use and two independent 1 Form A use, ranging from output rating of 60V 500mA to 600V 40mA, with an I/O isolation voltage of 5000Vrms when reinforced. These are available in 8 pin DIP through hole or surface mount packaging.
