Panasonic Expands the PhotoMOS® HS SOP 1 Form A Capacity Relays to Include Load Voltage of 60V and Load Current up to 2A!

Panasonic’s PhotoMOS® HS SOP 1 Form A Relays comes equipped in a miniature SOP 4-Pin package for high-density mounting. These new Relays need less than half LED forward current vs other traditional PhotoMOS. This contributes to energy savings and a longer operating life for a battery.

PhotoMOS® HS SOP 1 Form A Relays have load voltages rated at 60V, 350V, and 400V, making them suitable for applications ranging from test and measurement, security/disaster prevention, and industrial equipment.
