The expanded TDC Series and TQC Series POSCAP™ Capacitors now offer parts in the D2 case size that comply with JEDEC reflow condition.  Panasonic's TDC and TQC Series Capacitors are designed for challenging environments that demand exceptionally high temperatures and durability, withstanding up to 1,000 hours at 125ºC. These capacitors feature a sintered tantalum anode paired with a proprietary high-conductivity polymer cathode for enhanced performance.
