Panasonic SVPG OS-CON™ Capacitors utilize aluminum and a highly conductive polymer material to offer low ESR, excellent noise reduction and ripple current capabilities.  The utilize aluminum and a high conductivity polymer material to offer low ESR, excellent noise reduction, and ripple current capabilities. Since the electrolyte is solid, OS-CON parts are characterized by a long life span and minimal changes in ESR throughout the entire rated temperature range, even at low temperatures.

The new SVPG Series parts have achieved Low ESR / high ripple current by improving the polymer technology, realizing a ripple current an average of 1.37 times increase compared to competitors in the Conductive Polymer Aluminum Solid Capacitors category. These new OS-CON™ Capacitors can meet the demands of enhanced power supply circuits as well as the demands for withstanding high voltages and higher ripple currents in servers and base stations.
