Panasonic's TLE Series POSCAP™ Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors feature high voltage, large capacitance, and a long life span within a small case size. These POSCAP™ Capacitors are suitable for noise reduction and smoothing power line voltage for high-load current applications. The TLE Series offers a compact size of 3.5 x 2.8 x 1.9mm while featuring high reliability, low ESR, high characteristic stability, and high durability under a high temperature of 125°C at 2,000 hours. The TLE Series has a rated voltage range of 2.5 V to 6.3 V and a rated capacitance range of 100 μF to 330 μF.
