PhotoMOS Power 1 Form A High Capacity SIL

Panasonic's AQZ2 Series PhotoMOS Power 1 Form A High Capacity Relay in SIL 4-pin Packages provide high current capacity up to 6A with low on-resistance and high sensitivity for AC/DC dual use with low-level off-state leakage current maximum 10uA.
