PhotoMOS RF SOP 2 Form A Low on-resistance

Panasonic's PhotoMOS® RF SOP 2 Form A are characterized by their high performance and 2-channel Form A in a miniature SOP8-pin package. These devices are equipped with low output capacitance (typ.10pF), high response speeds (typ.25ms) and can control low-level analog signals. With RF SOP 2 Form A arrangement these Semiconductor relays are ideal for use in telephones, measuring instruments, computer input machines industrial robots, and more.
