PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form A High Capacity (SOP4-Pin Type)

Panasonic’s PhotoMOS® GU SOP 1 Form A High-Capacity (SOP4-Pin Type) comes equipped in our miniature SOP4-pin package suitable for high-density mounting. These Relays feature a high continuous load current of 1.8A for increased load switching and high isolation voltages of up to 3,750V to enhance precision by minimizing noise.

PhotoMOS® GU SOP 1 Form A has load voltages rated at 40V and 60V, making them suitable for applications ranging from test and measurement, security/disaster prevention, and industrial equipment.
