CX-481 is a retro-reflective type photoelectric sensor that can stably detect any container such as a highly-transparent bottle.
Wrong Cap Detection
HG-C1050 can measure the height of the cap with high accuracy and can distinguish wrong caps. (Resolution: 30 μm) In addition, IO-Link models (HG-C1000 series) are available for use in “preventive maintenance” and “operation monitoring.”
Removing Static Electricity from Containers

Residual Amount Detection in the Carton Magazine
HG-C1100 can stably detect the height of the carton bundle and can monitor residual amount of it without being affected by the color of the carton. Also, it offers an ease of installation by its ultra compact casing.

Monitoring fill level inside a hopper
HG-C1400 is a CMOS type laser distance sensor. It can stably detect height level in the hopper without being affected by the color or the viscosity of the objects.
Edge guiding
The FT-A32 wide-beam fiber, in conjunction with the FX-502 fiber amplifier, can detect slight changes in the position of the film and monitor the level of meandering.
Register mark detection
