PhotoMOS GU 1 Form A Short Circuit Protection

Panasonic’s PhotoMOS® GU 1 Form A Short Circuit Protection Relay non-latch type only for DC loads features short circuit protection functions to mitigate any excess current. This in turn eliminates the need for any fuses, poly switches, or other protectors integrated within the circuitry. Rated at 60V and load currents up to 0.5A this PhotoMOS Relay is suitable for applications such as industrial and security equipment.
