PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form A (SOP4-pin type)

Panasonic's PhotoMOS® GU SOP 1 Form A Relay is excellent for controlling low-level analog signals. The PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form A Relay features extremely low closed-circuit voltage to enable control of low-level analog signals without distortion. This PhotoMOS Relay comes in our small SOP4-Pin type measuring (W) 4.3 x (L) 4.4 x (H) 2.1mm.

Available in load voltages of 60V, 350V, and 400V this Relay is well suited for handling higher voltage applications. The PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form A Relay is equipped with low-level off state leakage current of maximum 1uA suitable for low level signal applications such as Test & Measurement equipment, telecommunications, factory automation, security equipment and more.
