PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form A High Capacity Voltage-sensitive

Pansonic PhotoMOS® GU 1 Form A High-Capacity Voltage-Sensitive Relays are available in our miniature SOP4-Pin package for added space savings. With a built-in input resistor, this feature allows for fewer man-hours when mounting and constructing a PC board contributing to a decreased design in time and space savings. With continuous load currents of up to 1.25A, this PhotoMOS® Relay can be found in a wide range of test and measurement applications including probe cards, dataloggers, board testers, and others. Along with measuring equipment, this Relay can also be found in telecommunications, broadcasting, and medical equipment.
