PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form B (SOP6-pin type)

Pansonic’s PhotoMOS® GU SOP 1 Form B Relay features our miniature SOP6-Pin package for downsizing and space savings, especially when compared to Mechanical Relays. This Relay is suitable for controlling low-level analog signals and has a low-level off state leakage current of max. 1uA. Rated at 400V and 100mA this PhotoMOS also has a low on-resistance of typically 26 Ω and can commonly be found in applications such as industrial robots, high-speed inspection machines, measuring instruments, and more.
