PhotoMOS HE 1 Form A High Capacity

Panasonic’s AQV-25*G** Series PhotoMOS® HE 1 Form A High Capacity Semiconductor Relays are MOSFET-enabled Solid State Relays featuring low off-state leakage current and stable on-resistance over the component lifetime. With 1 Form A Type contact arrangement and high capacity ratings, these Panasonic Relays are ideal for security equipment, fire-preventing systems, industrial machines, and HVAC applications.
