PhotoMOS HE 2 Form A

Pansonic’s HE 2 Form A Relay comes in a compact DIP8-Pin package featuring low on-resistance with 400V load voltage. With its dual form compatibility, this Relay is applicable for 2 Form A use as well as two independent 1 Form A uses within designs. With its high sensitivity and low on-resistance, the HE Form A PhotoMOS Relay is suitable for low-level analog signal control while maintaining low-level off state leakage currents of max 1µA.
