PhotoMOS RF SOP 2 Form A CxR

Panasonic's PhotoMOS® RF SOP 2 Form A are characterized by their high performance and 2-channel Form A in a miniature SOP8-pin package. With RF SOP 2 Form A arrangement these Semiconductor Relays are ideal for use in telephones, measuring instruments, computer input machines industrial robots, and more. These devices are equipped with high load voltages of 250V low output capacitance, low on-resistance, and can control low-level analog signals.
