Panasonic's PhotoMOS® RF VSSOP 1 Form A are characterized by their high performance and are adequate for small footprint equipment. Available in 20V with RF VSSOP 1 Form A arrangement these Semiconductor relays are ideal for use in measuring and testing equipment. These devices are equipped with low capacitance Typ. 1.1pF and On-Resistance Typ. 2.8Ω coupled with its miniature VSSOP package size for space savings and high-density mounting.
