PhotoMOS HF 1 Form A High Capacity (DIP6-pin type)

Panasonic’s HF 1 Form A High Capacity PhotoMOS® Relays are 1200V High Capacity PhotoMOS® Relays and offer a suitable substitution for replacing reed and mercury Relays.  Additionally, the HF 1 Form A High Capacity PhotoMOS® Relays offer high load switching for both industrial and test equipment applications. 

Replacing a standard Electromechanical Relay with PhotoMOS® can provide additional benefits such as a longer life cycle, better resistance to shock and vibration, low On-resistance, and a theoretically infinite life cycle. This makes PhotoMOS® Relays an ideal solution for Battery Monitoring Systems, Test & Measurement, Electrical Power Industrial applications, and more.
