Panasonic’s PhotoMOS GU 1 Form A High-Capacity Relay comes equipped in a miniature SOP 4-Pin package for high-density mounting. These Relays are rated at 60V, and 0.8A, making them suitable for applications ranging from test and measurement, security/disaster prevention, and industrial equipment. The PhotoMOS GU 1 Form A High-Capacity Relay also features low On-Resistance, minimizing signal loss when switching.
