PhotoMOS GU 1 Form B (6-pin type)

The Panasonic PhotoMOS® GU 1 Form B Series Relays is a normally closed 6-pin type relay. This device features a low on-resistance of 26ohms and low-level off-state leakage current with a max of 1uA suitable to low-level analog control. Rated at 400V and equipped with our DIP-6pin package this PhotoMOS® allows for downsizing and high-density mounting, especially when compared to mechanical relays. Typical applications for this device include; security equipment, telephone equipment, and measuring instruments.
