PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form B (SOP4-pin type)

Our PhotoMOS® GU SOP 1 Form B type is a normally closed SOP4-Pin type featuring a small package size with load voltage ratings of up to 400V. With its high voltage ratings, this device can typically be found in applications such as power supply equipment, measuring instruments, security equipment, and more. Featuring low on-resistance and low-level off-state leakage currents characteristics, this PhotoMOS® is suitable for controlling low-level analog signals.
