PhotoMOS GU SOP 2 Form A

Panasonic's PhotoMOS® GU SOP 2 Form A Relay comes in our miniature dual channel SOP8-Pin package design for added space savings compared to using two independent 1 form A relays. This PhotoMOS® Series features low-level off-state leakage currents of max. 1uA and is suitable for controlling low-level analog signals. Available in 60V, 350V, and 400V and load currents from 80mA to 400mA this device has a wide range of use cases from low to higher capacity applications. These applications include measuring instruments, data communications, computers, industrial robots, and more.
