Panasonic HE 2 Form B PhotoMOS Relay is a normally closed type in a DIP6-Pin package for added space savings. Along with its small package size, this PhotoMOS Relay has low on-resistance with load voltages of 400V. This PhotoMOS Relay also features high sensitivity, low-level off state leakage current of max. 1uA and load currents up to 120mA. Applicable for both 2 Form B use as well as two independent 1 Form B uses, this Relay can be found in a wide variety of applications including security equipment, sensing equipment, high-speed inspection equipment, and more.
