PhotoMOS GU 1 Form A Current Limiting

Pansonic’s PhotoMOS® GU 1 Form A Relay features a current limiting function enhancing the capability of surge resistance between the output terminals. Along with its current limiting features, this device comes equipped with reinforced insulation of 5000Vrms for further protection. This PhotoMOS features a small DIP4-Pin package with the ability to control low-level analog signals and maintain low on and off-state leakage current. Typical applications for this device include telephone and modem equipment.
