PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form A Short Circuit Protection
Panasonic’s PhotoMOS® GU SOP 1 Form A Series Relay comes equipped in our small SOP4-Pin package for added space savings with short circuit protection functions. Within this short circuit-protected PhotoMOS® (Latch Type), the load current is switched off and can only be switched back on once the input signal is reset. Rated at 350V and load currents of 120mA this device can control low-level analog signals and features low-level off-state leakage current. Typical applications for this PhotoMOS® Relay include modem equipment, telephone equipment, test & measurement devices, industrial devices, and more.
