PhotoMOS HE 1 Form A

Pansonic's PhotoMOS® HE 1 Form A Relay comes equipped in our DIP6-Pin package with low on-resistance of 0.6 Ω and reinforced insulation of 5,000Vrms. With a wide variety of load voltages, this Relay can be used in applications requiring 40, 60, 100, 200, 250, 400, 600, 1000, and 1500 volts. In addition to its wide range of load voltages, this PhotoMOS® features load currents from 130 to 500mA. Typical applications for this device include measuring instruments, data communication equipment, telephone equipment, and automatic meter reading devices.
