PhotoMOS HE 1 Form B

The Panasonic PhotoMOS® HE 1 Form B is a normally closed type relay with low on-resistance in our compact DIP6-Pin package for added space savings. This PhotoMOS® features isolation voltages at 1500Vrms and 5000Vrms for reinforced insulation. With its ability to control low-level analog signals and high sensitivity, this relay can be used in a variety of different applications including security equipment, measuring equipment, high-speed inspection machines, and more.
