PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form A & 1 Form B

The PhotoMOS® GU SOP 1 Form A & 1 Form B contains both normally opened and normally closed contacts incorporated into our small SOP8-Pin package. With load voltages of 60V and 350V coupled with its high current capacity from 100mA to 450mA, this device features low on-resistance typ. 1Ω. This PhotoMOS® is suitable for controlling low-level analog signals while maintaining low-level off-state leakage currents of max 1uA. Applicable for 1 Form A and 1 Form B use as well as two independent 1 Form A and 1 Form use, this PhotoMOS Relay can be seen in applications such as security equipment, computer input machines, industrial robots, and more.

Features of The PhotoMOS GU SOP 1 Form A & 1 Form B Relay

  • Normally Open and Closed Contacts in an SOP Package
  • Width: 4.4mm x Length: 9.37mm x Height: 2.1mm
  • 60V Type Couples High Capacity (0.45A) with Low On-Resistance (Typ. 1Ω)
  • Applicable for 1 Form A and 1 Form B Use
  • Applicable for Two Independent 1 Form A and 1 Form B Use
  • Controls Low-Level Analog Signals
