PhotoMOS HS 1 Form A

The HS 1 Form A PhotoMOS Relay comes in a compact DIP6-Pin package featuring high sensitivity and is available in both through-hole and surface mount terminal shapes. In addition, this PhotoMOS Relay has low-level off state leakage current of max. 1uA and suitable for low-level analog signal control. Typical applications for this Relay are high-speed inspection machines, telephone and data communication equipment, and battery operating equipment.
