CF1 Series Board-to-FCP Automotive Connectors

The CF1 Series Board-to-FPC connection has a 125°C heat resistance and necessary vibration characteristics suitable for the automotive and transportation market. A significant benefit is that the Automotive Connectors can be directly connected without requiring relay wiring harnesses when connected with FPC cables and boards for battery management systems. 

ETQ-PAMR33JFW Power Inductor

The ETQ-PAMR33JFW Power Inductor provides exceptional large current support, high heat resistance, and high vibration resistance. This 15.6 mm square surface mount Power Inductor meets the market demands for smaller automotive ECU (Electronic Control Unit) board sizes while increasing performance functions. 

PAN1770 Series Bluetooth® Low Energy RF Module

The PAN1770 Series is based on the Nordic nRF52840 single-chip controller that allows you to attach an external antenna via uFL. The Bluetooth® 5.3 features a higher symbol rate of 2 Mbps using the high-speed LE 2M PHY or a significantly longer range using the LE-coded PHY at 500 kb/s or 125 kb/s.

JX/KX Series SP-Cap™ Capacitors

The EEF-KX Series Capacitors provide ultra-low 9 mΩ max. Additionally, the EEF-JX Series offers three times more high reliability compared to its existing offerings’ lifespan under high-temperature conditions. Providing SP-Caps with large capacitance characteristics makes them ideal for harsh industrial applications.

Grid-EYE® Wide Angle Type Infrared Array Sensor

The 90-Degree Grid-EYE Sensor is 8x8, 64-pixel, and offers digital output I2C external interface for thermal presence, direction, and temperature values. A built-in lens includes an improved 90-degree viewing angle and features a compact SMD design using MEMS thermopile technology.

GX Series SP-CAP™ Capacitors

The EEF-GX Series SP-CAP™ Specialty Polymer Aluminum Capacitors offer very low ESR while providing stable capacitance at higher frequencies and temperatures. The EEF-GX Series are also reliable alternatives to tantalum capacitors. These Capacitors operate at -55˚C to +105˚C and offer a capacitance range from 330μF to 470μF.

Photovoltaic MOSFET Driver High Power Type

The Photovoltaic MOSFET High Power Driver is available in a small package size (SSOP) with higher short circuit current and drop-out voltage to MOSFET's gate. Capable of driving high Vgs MOSFET such as SiC MOSFETs, this Driver is capable of high switching capacities at high switching speeds.

SVPG Series OS-CON™ Capacitors

The SVPG Series OS-CON™ Capacitors offer low ESR and a high ripple current with an endurance of 5000h at 105°C. These OS-CON™ Capacitors utilize aluminum and a highly conductive polymer material to offer low ESR, excellent noise reduction, and ripple current capabilities. The OS-CON™ Series parts are characterized by a long-life and minimal ESR changes throughout the entire product line’s rated temperature range.

ECQ-UA Series Film Capacitors

The ECQ-UA Series Metallized Polypropylene Film Capacitors benefit from an original in-house patterned metallization process with a fuse mechanism function. This unique technology delivers stable capacitance levels over the product lifetime and higher reliability of the application.

ERZ-E1xAxxxSx Series ZNR®

The ERZ-E1xAxxxSx Series Radial Leaded Disc ZNR® (Zinc Oxide Non-Linear Resistor) Transient / Surge Absorbers features outstanding performance, small diameter size, and a broad operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. 

PhotoMOS® HF 1 Form A High Capacity Relays

The HF 1 Form A High Capacity PhotoMOS® Relays are 1200V High Capacity PhotoMOS® Relays and offer a suitable substitution for replacing reed and mercury Relays. Additionally, the HF 1 Form A High Capacity PhotoMOS® Relays offer high load switching for both industrial and test equipment applications. 

EV-A Series Automotive Relay

The EV-A Series can withstand up to an 8,000A short circuit current rating and has a high cut-off capability of 1,800A @ 500VDC without requiring any contact polarity. This Automotive Relay is suitable for usage in Electric Vehicles, DC Charging Stations and other high voltage DC applications such as Hybrid Construction Equipment.

Flat Square Lens Type PIR Sensors

The “Flat Square Lens” Type PIR Motion Sensors consist of lens to create various detection zones, an optical filter to block non-infrared light, Pyroelectric sensing elements, and an impedance converter to get an electrical signal. Panasonic also integrates an amplifier and comparator circuit on the same chip all densely packed inside the stem block.

PAN9520 Series RF Module

The PAN9520 Series RF Module is a 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n Embedded Wi‑Fi RF Module based on Espressif ESP32-S2 that includes the powerful Xtensa® 32-bit LX7 CPU. An integrated chip antenna and QSPI memory enable the PAN9520 Series RF Module to be used in a variety of stand-alone or host-controlled applications.

TB Series Automotive Relays

The TB Series Automotive Relays are available in a variety of contact arrangements including 1 Form A, 1 Form C, and twin type 1 Form C x 2 (8 Pins) and 1 Form C x 2 (10 Pins) construction type options. These Relays are compact and offer ideal DC control with a high-capacity 25A load switching capability suitable for miniature PC board design.

EYG-R Series GraphiteTIM PGS

The EYG-R Series GraphiteTIM (Compressible Type) PGS With Low Thermal Resistance Thermal Management material is now available in 250 µm and 350 µm thickness options. An ideal Thermal Interface Material (TIM) solution, the New EYG-R Series GraphiteTIM material is designed with high compressibility characteristics to reduce contact thermal resistance between rough surfaces.

EEH-ZS(U) Series Hybrid Capacitors

The EEH-ZS(U) Series (Surface Mount, High Temperature Reflow) Conductive Polymer Hybrid Aluminum Capacitors are capable of operating at high temperatures with conductive Polymer Capacitor performance and Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor safety in a Surface Mount package. These AEC-Q200 qualified parts ensure optimal quality and reliability.
